SUPPLIER COMMITMENT LETTER

That we have received and taken due note of the QOC Supplier Code of Conduct and commit ourselves, in addition to our commitments as set out in the agreement or the Contract with QOC, to fully comply with its principles and requirements.

Suppliers are expected to implement management systems to facilitate compliance with all applicable laws and to promote continuous improvement with respect to the expectations set forth in this Supplier Code of Conduct That we agree that QOC or a third party appointed by QOC may carry out periodic audits surrounding the areas mentioned in the Supplier Code of Conduct to verify our compliance with the Code.

That we effectively communicate the content of the Code to our employees, agents, subcontractors and all other suppliers involved in the agreement with QOC and ensure all reasonable measures required are implemented accordingly.
